Brainchild Entertainment is an event management company with expertise in event management and organising special events for individuals and organizations. We offer a wide variety of services that cater for all event requirements, from conceptualisation to a meticulous finish. We offer full event planning; concept management and execution.
With our event management company’s expertise at your disposal, you’ll have everything you need for a wide range of event types, large and small, corporate and private.

We use the best event venues, sounds and screens, caterers, décor specialist, set designers and reliable event vendors to provide the best service possible to keep our clients happy and satisfied.
- Event Coordination
Managing your event using a strategic overall plan and a methodical management approach allows you to rest easy. Knowing that every last detail is looked after will allow you to focus on your attendees and stakeholders at the event. Let us look after the rest.
- Event Marketing
We understand that a properly executed event can be leveraged to support an organization’s strategic vision, incorporated into a company’s marketing plan, or used to build networks and client loyalty.
- Decoration
When designing the decor for an event, we work with the theme and analyze how we can best interpret it. We incorporate the colours approved by the client.
- Event Consulting
We specialize in Budget planning, concept development design & theme planning, audio/visual & lighting consultation and on-site supervision and profer credible recommendations to achieve a successful event.
- Rentals
We provide a variety of rental products and services for all events. Party rentals include chair covers, table linens, centerpieces & candles, lounge furniture, canopies & tents, lighting & special effects, audio visual, props and every other event support equipment.
